MY STORY

Hi, I’m Carolyn. I am a Mom, daughter, sister, wife, friend and volunteer. I have worked as a Real Estate professional and an Elementary School Teacher in New York City and know how stress can affect your mind, body and spirit.

My transformative journey has brought me to practice as an Usui Reiki Master and a certified Sound Healer.

I experienced personal healing with Reiki and Sound Healing. After a family member became ill, I sought alternative ways to help him cope with the side effects of his treatment, such as fatigue and headaches. I endured debilitating vestibular migraines and needed help coping from the stress of being a caregiver. I discovered Reiki and eventually I created a new path with all that I learned and began “Reiki with Carolyn”.

MY APPROACH

In my sessions, I use Reiki and a variety of sound healing instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, Buffalo drums, harmonic chimes and other acoustic vibrational instruments to create a unique sound journey. I create a calming and supportive space for my clients to grow, restore and transform.

I hope to guide you to your natural state of balance and harmony. I look forward to welcoming you into my healing space.
